We do our very best to ensure you are satisfied with the products we carry. If you have any issues, please contact us first at email@example.com before sending back any items or orders.
All items to be returned require a RMA # before we accept it. After you have contacted us with your issue and you still want to return it, a RMA number will generated. You will then be provided with a RMA form to fill out and send back to us. We will provide a shipping address to send the products back for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of being delivered and any shipping fees including the original will not be refunded.
We do not accept any items that have been modified or altered from their original state in any way, unless consent was given and explicitly instructed by SoundRite or iASUS.
Returning Non-Defective Items
Any returned items found not to be defective and all unopened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping fees including the original will not be refunded.
Any undeliverable orders will be refunded minus the shipping cost upon being received at our warehouse.
